ORDER INFORMATION

All products at English Folly are handmade to order, and due to the nature of such products, colours and prints occasionally may differ slightly from photographs shown. Should these differences be in any way significant we will always contact the customer to gain design approval.

Designs for standard personalised products such as Road Cushions and Picture Sign Cushions will be confirmed on order and will require design sign off by the customer. Once signed off by the customer English Folly cannot be held responsible for errors in the design work.

Colour cards and swatches are available on request. Up to 5 swatchs will be supplied free of charge.

Items in stock will usually be dispatched within 3 days of order, but due to the handmade nature of many of our products delivery may take 10 - 14 days. Delivery will be confirmed on order. *
BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ITEMS

Order process can be completed as a request through our enquiry form on the Contact Us page.

Design artwork, quote and any samples requested will then be sent to the customer for approval and sign off at which point an invoice will be issued. Once signed off English Folly cannot be held responsible for errors in the design work.

Once signed off and payment made, products will be dispatched within 10 - 14 days. *

Every effort is made to keep our delivery charges as low as possible while providing a fast and secure service. Our charges depend on the weight of your order or the dimensions of the parcel.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS whichever offers the best price at the time. Orders over 200g will require a signature on delivery.

Standard Delivery is 10-14 days from order, should you require it sooner or to be delivered on a particular date (in the case of a gift) please let us know and we will do everyting we can to meet your deadline.​
* Delivery times may vary at busier times of the year i.e. Christmas. In these situations last order dates will be displayed on the website.
Returns

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not completely satisfied with our products or service so that we can rectify the situation.

Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported and returned to us within 7 days and when we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of bespoke or personalised products unless they are faulty or an error has been made by English Folly.

Postage costs will only be refunded for faulty goods or in the unlikely event of an error having been made by English Folly.

In these instances all endeavour will be made to recify the issues as soon as possible . All items are for decorative purposes only and should not be treated as toys. Therefore products should not be given to babies or small children.
